Shipping and Delivery

How long will the delivery and order preparation take?
Once your order is validated, it is sent to our factory in Bangkok, where our skilled staff will begin manufacturing it after completing any prior orders. Since we do not keep stock, every item is handmade by our highly qualified employees. This process usually takes 5 to 7 days.

Following the manufacturing phase, your order is shipped via our DHL agent. We typically receive tracking numbers 6 to 7 days later and will update your order status accordingly, with notifications sent by email.

Please note that delivery times may vary, especially for certain regions like Argentina, Mexico, etc. During peak demand periods, order preparation may take longer than usual.

Which courier companies do you use?
We utilize DHL Packet Plus registered courier services to ensure fast and reliable delivery of all orders.

What countries do you deliver to?
We offer worldwide shipping from our factory in Thailand to destinations across the globe, including Europe, North America, South America, Asia, Russia, and more.

Important Information for Europe (EU):
Due to a change in regulations effective July 1, 2021, shipments entering the European Union may be subject to a small importation tax (VAT). You will receive an SMS from DHL with a link to confirm delivery and pay this fee once your order enters Europe.
