Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

How to Make a Return

1. Contact our customer service team at info@actashop.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions and a return address.
3. Pack the item(s) securely and send them back using a tracked shipping method. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items).

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your return. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange. We will ship the replacement item(s) once the original item(s) have been received and processed.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including custom-made or personalized products, sale items, and any item marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including covering the cost of return shipping.
